When a national payment system, a health record platform or a digital identity programme fails or is compromised, the consequence is not only technical. It is economic, institutional and social — and it falls hardest on the people with the least capacity to absorb it.
My work focuses on helping leaders understand and address the cybersecurity risks that come with digital transformation, so the systems a country depends on can be trusted by the people who use them.
